 JCOMM is the Joint Technical Commission for Oceanography and Marine Meteorology of the Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission (IOC) and the World Meterological Organization (WMO). Its Products Bulletin (J-EPB) allows access to global datasets from the world's oceans and atmosphere. J-EPB is implemented at the International Research Institute for Climate Prediction at the Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory (LDEO). The format of the on-line global datasets is standardized in such a way that monitoring products can be compared for decision making. The Internet addresses of the different analysts and national services involved in the making of J-EPB are included in order to ease communications between users and servers.
