NEW STRATEGY PROPOSED TO REDUCE SHIP COLLISIONS WITH ENDANGERED NORTH ATLANTIC RIGHT WHALES Public comments will be accepted for sixty days, during which time NOAA Fisheries will also conduct public meetings to discuss the strategy.
