OPIS Project Summary: The Ocean Planning Information System, developed by the NOAA Coastal Services Center, in partnership with the states of North and South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida, provides the coastal management community with access to regional geo-referenced regulatory and environmental spatial data critical to timely, integrated decision making and analysis.
