EU Publishes Study on Impacts of the new IUU regulation

The European Commission has published a study on the impacts of Council Regulation (EC) No 1005/2008 of 29 September 2008 establishing a Community system to ""prevent, deter and eliminate illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing"" which comes into force from 1st January 2010.
