Typhoon Ketsana kills in Vietnam after Philippines

Typhoon Ketsana has slammed into Vietnam, killing at least 22 people and causing almost 170,000 people to flee their homes, after wreaking havoc in the Philippines. It has now moved into Laos and Cambodia.
