Tsunami destroyed more than 150 artisanal fishing villages in Chile

Around 100 artisanal fishing caletas (settlements) have been totally destroyed, while another 70 or so have had serious damage inflicted on their infrastructure, vessels, homes and citizens, resulting from the earthquake of 8.8 on the Richter scale, and the following tsunami that struck the Central South of Chile in early March.
