IMO: IMO Secretary-General lays foundation stone for Lebanese Maritime Sciences and Technology Institute

IMO Secretary-General Efthimios E. Mitropoulos on Thursday (15 April 2010) participated in the ceremony marking the laying of the foundation stone for the new Maritime Sciences and Technology Institute (MARSATI), in Batroun, Lebanon, alongside His Excellency the Minister of Public Works and Transport, Mr. Ghazi Aridi, and other Lebanese dignitaries.
