Ministers of small island nations warn about impact of climate change

Caribbean ministers at the United Nations General Assembly called on Member States to pay attention to the devastating effects of climate change on the world's most vulnerable populations, and urged greater international cooperation to achieve a common UN-sponsored climate agreement.
