European Parliament resolution on Women's networks: fishing, farming and diversification

The European Parliament has asked Member States to launch the necessary actions to secure greater legal and social recognition of, promote and raise the profile of the work of women in the fisheries sector, and to support their efforts to obtain better living conditions for their families and communities.
