Marine Insect reference now available online
The book Marine Insects edited by L. Cheng was published in 1976 by North Holland and American Elsevier. It covered a range of ecological topics as well as major orders of insects found in marine environments. Although it is now 30 years old it remained the only comprehensive reference book available on the subject. It has been out of print for many years and was rather difficult to obtain from used book dealers. The University of California has recently made this book available on line.
