Honolulu Declaration

The Nature Conservancy convened a workshop of global ocean experts on Honolulu in August 2008 to draft the Honolulu Declaration on Ocean Acidification and Coral Reef Management. This document describes the threat of ocean acidification and then presents a summary of recommendations for managers and policy makers that address the impacts of ocean acidification on coral reef systems.
