Description: I've served the Brazilian Navy in uniform for 34 years, most of them onboard research vessels and in technical position inthe DHN. I,ve specialized inHydrography an, later, got a Master Degree in Physical Oceanography in the S�o Paulo State Institute of Oceanography. After retirement I was contracted by DHN to serve as Active OIC Rio GOOS Office.
